To subscribe to our Essential Whitening Toothpaste, choose a subscription kit here.
Everyone uses toothpaste differently, but from our experience, one person uses two tubes in two to three months.
If you brush your teeth more than twice per day, go for a subscription every month or two months.

Apply the toothpaste to a soft bristle toothbrush, brush your teeth for at least two minutes and spit (do not swallow). Do not rinse. Use the amount that fits on a manual toothbrush head, if you're using a smaller brush head, apply the toothpaste twice during two minutes to obtain full effect.
Use twice daily or as recommended by a dentist to ensure product benefits. This product is formulated for adults and children over 10 years. It is safe to use for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
Since our formula has a low RDA (relative dentin abrasion), it is safe to use with both manual and electric toothbrushes.
