Everyone uses a toothbrush differently, but from our experience, one toothbrush last for two to three months. This is also recommended by dentists.If you brush your teeth more than twice per day, go for a subscription every two months.

Use at least twice per day to achieve a thorough clean on and in between teeth, as well as below the gumline.
Apply a light pressure and brush your teeth with a 45 degree angle towards the gumline. For top teeth angle up and for bottom teeth angle down. Move the brush with up- and downwards strokes for about 5 seconds per tooth.
